I have lived in Austria (which is home), England, Italy, France, UK and India to become who I am now: A passionate Yoga teacher, marketing and social media enthusiast, fashionista and health foodie.

I strongly believe that each of us designs his own life. It is not about chance, but choice. I chose to blog because I want to share my experience of a balanced life that involves healthy and conscious living, friends, exercising, Yoga and all the every day pleasures of life. I am a creative spirit who never runs out of ideas and always searches for new challenges. The interaction with people from all around the world lets me discover so many new cultures, ideas and opinions. Simply, I find blogging a great way of sharing all those things.

Because sharing is caring and caring is loving.

Why Yoga though?  “Yoga” means “union”, a balance of a healthy mind and body. The practice of Yoga has taught me how to be in the present and what it means to enjoy life. That is why it has played an important role in my life and cannot be missed anymore.

For anyone interested in my job background, I am currently working as a sports and marketing coordinator for the Austrian Golf Association (ÖGV) and teach yoga in Vienna, Austria.

I am trying to make my way through my fellow Ambassadors and I am fascinated by your passion for Yoga! I have never been able to practice because my mind can never seen to turn off! i cant wait to read more about you and yoga principals so maybe I can bring some relaxation into my life :-) thank you so much for sharing!

Practicing turning of my mind is why I practice yoga! Trying to clear your mind for 5 minutes a few times a week is pretty cool. It helps when your body is tired from 55 minutes of practice.
